The Connie Barrera Thrillers have the same elements of action and adventure found in the Bluewater Thrillers, tempered by Connie's more mature and somewhat romantic perspective. The two series present different perspectives on similar adventures in the Caribbean yachting world, and characters inevitably cross over from one series to the other.
