Craig Stratton Please, does Lisey's Story get better? I'm about 60 pages in and I am bored by this (and I love Stephen King books). Someone, anyone out there, please give me a reason to keep going!!

Richard nope, it gets slower and more mundane

Jordan I found it to be a bit slow at the beginning, but as the story develops, it gets much better. Keep reading...you'll be glad you did!

Mare Kinley Honestly, I did read it. I remember not liking it at first, and I remember it getting much better. The "gotta" did finally take over. However, at this point, I honestly don't remember very much about it, so I'm going to have to say that it definitely wasn't one of my favorites...and yes, I have read them all.

Patricia Kaniasty This was my least favorite of all his books so far. Very slow.

Matt I listened to the book on a trip and absolutely loved it. I recommend that you stick with it.

Stepheny I really enjoyed this book....Especially when considering it is King writing from a female perspecitive. I don't think that is his strong suit, but thought he executed it beautifully in this book. To each their own, but I recommend sticking with it. :)

Heidi Beall First Stephen King book that I didn't finish and I have read everything else. Very disappointed!

David Staniforth I'd say it steadily builds in pace, but at no point begins to romp. I still enjoyed it, but ended thinking I would have liked a bit more depth. Not his best, but worth finishing!

Artemis Slipknot boring!!!

Jim Swike Yes it was slow in the beginning, I agree, but I stuck with it and it got better. I enjoyed the book.
