I swear when I read the ending of The Staff of Hermes, I had a fangirl freakout, & it was at the wrong time cuz I was at my Grandma's house & we were all sitting in the living room having "quality family time"

Hopefully you've read it by now! For some reason I really liked the first story, the diary of Luke....
Well, I loved everything about it! From Luke's point-of-view to Alabaster's story.It's good to read Luke's diary. I really, really was in love with him. What happened to him during and after the recent Olympian-Titan War still pained me. We had a glimpse of what his life had been. How he came to know Thalia and Annabeth. And all the pre-PJ&O events. We could see here that Luke, just like any other demigod, was just as confused and lonely and felt betrayed after learning of his true oerigin: He had a god for a father. You couldn't blame him if he felt so bitter because he had the right to.
And Leo's short story was so hilarious I didn't remember how many times I laughed that time. A runaway table? The Demigod Diaries had that. Insane maenads that could tear you to pieces? Only in Rick's story. And oh, I'm totally loving Leo.
The Perabeth's quest. Well, what can I say? They're perfect and cute! The bickering, the going-out as a couple. And for the first time, as in the first time ever, the two had a time for their own as real and normal couple. Had it not been interrupted, I could almost picture a monster-less world.
And then the last part. It's awesome. How come it had never occurred to me who and how the Mist was being manipulated? And such.
Yeah, those tings. I think I loved this book as much as I loved the series.
I liked all the stories but the one that interested me the most was Son of Magic. Who is Hecate praying to? Will there be a continuation to to the story? Alabaster wakes up to Claymore standing over him then helping Alabaster up.What will Lamia do? What research is Claymore talking about?! WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT!!!
