Adriana I'm going to work my way through the first 100 of my TBR list. My 100th book now is Evolution, Me & Other Freaks of Nature. I know that I might not be able to get some books but I will challenge myself to read the most possible out of the first 100!

I plan to read 5 reads for September and see from there if I have to have more or less reads the next time. Not a lot but since I keep on adding books this challenge can continue as long as I want!

My plan:
#58 Stupid Fast by Geoff Herbach #1 Lord of the Flies by William Golding #5 Fairest by Gail Carson Levine #4 Gentlemen by Michael Northrop #3 The Thief (The Queen's Thief, #1) by Megan Whalen Turner

Viv (a_pocky_box) I have The Thief and Lord of the Flies on my list too!

Adriana Yay! I read a book on my list. I feel so accomplished ^__^

#58
Stupid Fast by Geoff Herbach
1 book down 99 more to go.

Adriana I'll be working on my books on here for October. I need to make a conscious effort to read the books!

message 5: by Nathan (new)

Nathan (nthnlwly) Lord of the Flies is a really good book. I enjoyed it a lot when we read it in school. I hope you get to that one soon! I'd love to discuss it with someone, even if my memory of it is fading slowly. :)

message 6: by Adriana (new)

Adriana That would have been nice to read it in school replacing it with other not so great books assigned to me...
I'll try to read it soon (:

message 7: by Adriana (new)

Adriana I am reading Lord of the Flies next.

message 8: by Adriana (new)

Adriana Couldn't find Lord of the Flies till now but I did end up reading:
Gentlemen by Michael Northrop
THIS BOOK WAS AMAZING! It's kind of dark and it's a psychological game with your head.

Adriana I am basing the books I will be reading for the first 100 dependent on what books I have and I can get from the library so it actually stops at 153 but it's still pretty good. There's more picture books than I thought. I'm going to go for 2 books a month. I'm including the two I read though especially since the second book I read was the fourth book on there. That's crazy.

98 TBR books left:

message 11: by Adriana (last edited Dec 14, 2012 01:31PM) (new)

Adriana I will say that I will read it next year (;
I might read Remembrance early.
I don't know why Book Thief's on there. I already read that and don't have the emotional capacity to read it again this soon.

I know what you mean! The Book Thief was an excellent book, but intense.

Adriana I forgot that I read last month:
Remembrance (Transcend Time, #1) by Michelle Madow
3 books down 97 more to go.

I might have a book or two to add up there. I skipped them because I didn't have them but I bought them recently so they will be on the list.

message 14: by Adriana (new)

Adriana Savvy (Savvy, #1) by Ingrid Law
4 books down 96 more to go.

I absolutely loved this book. I loved it enough that it's a new favorite of mine.
