I had posted some covers over the weekend, but it looks like it didn't go through. I'll need to try again.
why has this become so popular recently? I don't remember this as much in precious decades and I don't remember seeing any at all on the books I read in the 20th century.And doesn't seem like finding a book with a headless man is much harder?

Is there a word for that? Same thing as all the recent titles that put women in a secondary role (the Aviator's Wife, So and So's Daughter, etc.). Makes me crazy. And they say there is no war on women (only half kidding)

I'm not talking about the wives of Henry VIII, but book covers that show a woman's body without a head or only the lower portion of her head is showing.
