Divergent Series (Veronica Roth) discussion

Hey I just wanted to know what other people thought so I could get some perspective.... Thanks.

I would be most like Tris. I'd belong in Dauntless because I don't get scared to do things and I'll probably be the first to do something. I'd belong in Erudite because I study my butt off and take extremely hard classes. I'd belong in Abnegation because I love to help people and I'm usual always willing to go last if it's something everybody wants to do.

I'm Dauntless. :) It's just I'm not about to go jump off a train but I do like to stand up for people and the Dauntless motto is now my personal motto. :)

Thanks!! And I completly agree with Marilyn because Ive always crave those chills before doing some thing crazy I make above average on alot of the school work I do... And about Abnegation Im not a conseded person but I pay attention to how I look..... sometimes...... anyway THANKS

I am Dauntless because I hate heights but I love roller coasters and I want to sky dive. I'm not afraid to be different. I am Erudite, because I do not want to get a Fantastic as me grade. I am Amity, because I am free spirited. I am Abnegation because I don't take sides (I always would try to even it out).
I am not Dauntless because I do not want to meet a zombie. I am not Erudite, because sometimes I get lazy with homework and I guess on some. I am not Amity, because I play Modern Warfare 2. I am not Abnegation, because I care of what I look.
So really, I don't know. :9

I'm skydiving on my birthday next summer (yes, I'll be 18). I play Halo Reach so I can't be Amity either

Yeah, when you are Erudite, you can be evil. That's the excuse and no one could blame :) Somehow, being Erudite is tempting...

I love Tobias c: I think I could be in Dauntless, Erudite or Condor. The only problem with dauntless is that I find some of the things they do not brave but simply stupid. Like how does fighting your friends(training) make you brave? It just makes you someone that doesn't care about others and is stupid. In Erudite I don't think they spend enough of their time enjoying themselves. Like I'm intelligent but we all need time to party,relax or whatever. I'm pretty honest so I would mostly likely be in Condor. I don't like the way they dress though or the building they live in. I also wouldn't want everyone to know everything about me but I guess I would get over that.

I guess that's the whole point. The erudite wanted all divergent to die out so they can continue their little manipulating government. It's all about identifying each of your characteristics to each of the factions. Why were the factions created;we will have to wait for the next book.

It's extremely hard to put a label on somebody - often, there's more than one side to their personality. We were raised to be open minded and have a flexible mind. We are pretty much all divergent. It's pretty much engrained into our ancestory. I think that's why divergent people started popping up from within the five factions.
That being said, I'm probably either Dauntless or Erudite.

I'm probably the most like Christina (even though she's Dauntless, she still acts like a Candor sometimes)because I definitely belong in Candor. I have a big mouth, and I also hate when people lie. Or maybe Dauntless, though I doubt I could pass Initiation!

Candor for me most likely! I forget, who is some other girl characters that are Candor?

Well, according to tests I have taken I am Divergent. I think I could fit in 3 different factions...

Erudite - I am smart, and I love learning and reading.
Dauntless - I am daring, brave and I stand up for what's right.
Abnegation - I always put others before myself and I will willingly give something up for someone who has nothing.

I suppose I could be Amity, as I strive to keep peace between family, friends, etc. but sometimes I end up fighting because I am defending someone or defending myself. but, there is absolutely no way I could be Candor, as I am always lying; sometimes to protect others as well though.

I reckon I am most like Tris, because looks-wise, I am unremarkable, and am often overlooked until I show people who I am and what I can do. I am also daring and determined to prove myself and succeed in whatever challenge is presented to me.

I would so be in Dauntless because that is really the only faction I could see myself fitting into. I like to take risks and not run away from my fears.

I would think that I am Divergent. The first faction that comes to mind is the Dauntless. They are my favorite faction, because they seem to have the freedom that you need to enjoy life. The other I would be is probably Erudite. I like to know about a lot of stuff, love to read, and I think I am smart enough to fit into that faction. The other faction I think I would be apart of is Abnegation because there are a good amount of times when I would give up something or sacrifice something to make someone else happy, or at least benefit them. But, honestly, I'm not completely selfless in some situations, so I don't know. I could relate to Tris sometimes throughout the books :)

Well The character I am most like is.....I don't know I wanna say Tris (if I was a boy Tobias) cuz I am but then again EVERYONE says Tris so I don't know.. and I have know clue what my faction would be cuz I like peace BUT yet I am VERY Brave I take risks to and so I don't know but my fav character is Tobias/Four and Tris and fav Faction is Dauntless (Divergent!!!)

I probably would be Caleb because he has a "wanting" to learn and a yearn for knowledge. So do I. I would be Erudite. But if Dauntless wasn't corrupt and it was what it was originally created to be (bravery to stand up to people… not jumping off trains) I'd definitely be Dauntless instead of Erudite. I stand up for what I believe in and I take chances. I am a very brave girl.

I like Dauntless and I would love to be in Dauntless. Although I know I might end up dead, but oh well... I did a quiz thingy, and I'm Diverget, which is pretty cool :) Shh don't tell anyone ;) Haha

I'm definitely a lot like Tobias. And I would probably be Dauntless. I would say Abnegation...but there's still the adventurous side of me that wouldn't like being in that faction :)

I have taken multiple quizzes and according to them I am Divergent. The mix of factions within that are Dauntless, Erudite, and Abnegation. I think out of all the characters I am either most like Tori or Christine.

in my opion i would definetly be jeanine in divergent and insurgent as im intelligent and like how she is the leader of erudite. other people may find her evil because she killed the abnatgation but in the book she says how she thinks it is the stop the information being released to keep the factions. in the books i have never understood how the abnatgation were good because marcas was one and just let the faction become invaded which is stupid and selfish.

For me, Im more like Christina. Im tall, a little rude, and talkative. I would also be in Dauntless. I wanna try some Dauntless cake!

I took four quizzes on which faction I would be, and I got the exact same result for every one!! They said I was Amity, Abnegation and Erudite, so I guess I am divergent!

I wanted to be Erudite when I started the book but there thirst of knowledge made them evil.
