Thicks54, a couple things:

1) Please do not add cover artists as secondary authors. They will be removed, as it is contrary to GR policy for them to be listed as authors.
2) Please check that the edition you are adding does not already exist. Two of those were duplicates, which I merged.

okay, I did it (I had to put in the isbn-13 #) But now the cover is the old cover and I would like readers to see the new one. Can you change that? Or what can I do. The whole intent was to reveal the new cover.

Yes, new covers for both ebook and print. I have already created a new book, but left the isbn # blank. I think Beth already combined them.

Diana, if I'm understanding the conversation between you and Armi correctly, you re-published your books with different covers but same ISBN's/ASIN's? If so I'll just add the librarian note so they don't accidentally get merged. Also I've combined them.

More likely because all giveaways have to be approved by GR staff.

I'm stuck. I can't edit the giveaway because it needs an ISBN, which the new cover doesn't have, and the # that Armi suggest doesn't work. *big sigh* Is there a way to cancel the pending giveaway or should I let it go through?
