I'm reading Wicked Ties by Shayla Black right now. It's a cheesy romance, so it really has no depth, but I'm entertained, lol. Sadly I don't have a W in my name, lol.
Francesca wrote: "you have to let me know how it is! so excited for them all...."It was pretty good! It flowed for most of the book, nothing too too exciting but there are TWO parts where I was like WTF!!!! Didn't see that coming!
I'm currently reading Catch-22 (obvi!) and also Cross by James Patterson, the 12th book in the Alex Cross Series.
ya, I literally made Kendra sit and watch me read while I finished, lol...because she came over and I needed to know what happened.
haha ... i just dont feel like reading anymore
but I am slogging through The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

Just finished The Giver by Lois Lowry. AMAZING book! I read it in teacher's college for a children's lit course and remembered loving it. A MUST read for all of you!I am really excited to dive into this next book, Undead and Unwed by MaryJanice Davidson. It's a series of books actually, it's called the Undead series. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/42...
Goodreads recommended it to me because I liked the Sookie books. I have a feeling they are going to be similar to one another, with a dash of Shopaholic thrown in, and that's alright with me :)
That's funny - I didn't like those books - but I couldn't get enough of Sookie ....
Thats not true, I just lied ... I didn't love those books is what I should have said ... they were fine - lol

After looking at what I have left to complete for the November challenge (yes, the lame one) I'm going to put Undead on the shelf for a bit and read A Child Called It by Dave Pelzer. Have any of you read it?
I go through phases oh not wanting to read too.Hey, can you e-mail me insurgent? It was corupt on my kobo and I need to know what happens next, lol.
A Child Called It was ridiculous! It was like torture porn! I've heard that it was all fabricated and never actually happened to the author. Regardless I understand that this kind of abuse does happen but the way the story was told didn't really resonate with me. I didn't get attached to the main character the way I was hoping. It was basically just page after page of abuse, no real story.I am now reading Nights in Rodanthe to try and complete the "lame November challenge". I really enjoyed the movie but was very upset by the ending. Too sad for my liking :) We'll see if the book ends any better.
I just finished Nights in Rodanthe. It was good. Ended the same way though :( Now I'm reading The Story of Edgar Sawtelle. It's a long read but I'm loving it!
I finished Night Road last night, it was really predictable, not that it was bad, but I saw the ending coming a mile away, stil heart breaking though. I'm now going to start Casual Vacancy, and at school I'm reading Insurgent and Hunger Games (with the kids)
I am still reading The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. I checked last night - I have been reading it for 7 hours and I am only 52% done. This is one long ass book.
