I think some of the adaptations have amazing sound tracks!
Which ones do you like?

My favourite has to be P&P 05. The music is great! And some of it so relaxing! And great to listen to as music, without needing the film. Also the songs are so fun to play on the piano!

Stars and Butterflies, Dawn, Leaving Netherfield and Georgiana are my favourite too. I often play them on the piano!!!
Music is the best part of P&P05! Dario Marianelli did a great job.
I also love Carl Davis music for BBC P&P, the theme is lovely and it makes me want to dance.

Me too ('05 version) - beautiful music, nice when you're in the bath relaxing! They played some P&P music in the Pump Room in Bath when I was there - seemed very apt!

I often listen to it when I fall asleep and it's especially beautiful when you listen to it while it's raining and it puts me straight to sleep.

I've only seen 05 P&P, and 95 S&S, and I absolutely love both of the soundtracks for those.

:) Soph, it's cool you have a sleep soundtrack - I need to make one of those, at the moment the only things I listen to before I go to sleep are:
1. Willoughby from S&S 1995
2. Alan Rickman reading Sonnet 130 :D

My favorite music from a Jane movie has got to be Emma 2009. Oh, it was beautiful....my mom and I play The Seaside as a duet on the piano. It's probably my favorite music just to listen to.

I do love that music it is beautiful! Where did you find the music for the seaside?!

Youtube!!!! Since the sheet music isn't out (at least not to my knowledge), this guy listened to it and wrote it down. He and his wife play it. It's amazing!

You should download the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack (yes, with Keira Knightley)...it's totally worth your time and money!

I did notice that last time I watched it! :) I'm sure Lizzy got better.

I can play that one! My favourite one to play. In the soundtrack/piano music it appears as part of the music from the piece 'Dawn' I believe :)

I'm gonna have to look up this music!
