So recently I just created a facebook group called the Hipster Book Nerds. It's basically just a group where you can talk about what you're reading, see what other people are reading, and just generally share your passion of books with other book-lovers. As I only created it about a week ago, we don't have many members, but I would love it if more would join.
What I'm also hoping to do is start running some competitions where you can win a book (in good condition, obviously, I'm not cheap). The first competition will begin when we have at least 20 members.
