Hello, my name is Gabriel Lugo, I have just posted a poem on your poems and poets discussion, hope you guys like. I have recently published a novel called Splitting Images. Also I am working on the first american Epic poem written in verse. At this moment I have only gotten close to 200 lines, but I have to stop because my passion doesn't pay the bills :). Hi, I'm a 17 year old, who loves reading more than my own life, and I've just recently started writing poems. I love that there are no grammar rules in poetry and that you can express yourself in any way you want. People are always saying, if you love reading, you must be a good writer, but I find it hard to write anything very long, like a story etc. So I switched to poems. And I love it.
