So I am a total dork. I knew that filming for the Twilight movie of course took place in Forks Washington. I was completely unaware that filming also took place in Kalama and St. Helens Washington as well. Seeing how I am very close to both of these places, I feel like a moron.
Both places were used for significant parts of the movie. They even offer brosures that show tourists where scenes were filmed.
I guess now I'm going to have to go and check it out. My oldest daughter would love that:)

Now that all the movies are out, what do you think? I personally thought the movies were all really good. I will admit though there are scenes from the books that I would have liked to see put in the movies. Even if they made the movie a little longer, it would have brought more depth to the films.
What did you all think of the fight scene at the end of breaking Dawn Part 2? At first I was completely ticked off. seriously boiling hot mad, almost left the theatre before the end angry. Then once I sat through it I could tell there was obviously a method to the directors madness and I could breathe a sigh of relief.
