I for one am really glad that someone as iconic and influential as Stephen King has spoken up on the epic fail that is Twilight. We Antis have been screaming and crying and trying to save the world from this plague, at great risk to our physical selves, but to little avail. Steve is someone who is known and respected as a great author, so maybe the world will be forced to sit up and listen.

P.S. I really get a kick from twitards who say Stephen King is jealous of Stephanie Meyer. I mean, really? REALLY? Is that their best defense?

J.K. Rowling. author of the highly superior, and much more well-crafted Harry Potter series. You'll recognize her as the one who cries herself to sleep every night, mourning the days when literature used to mean something.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh i know her i javent read any harry potter books though i tried watching one of the movies and fell asleep

don't judge a book by its movie. give the books a try. even if you don't become a fan, you will note that they are much better than twilight in writing, plot, character development, etc. you know, those things that matter to a story.

sure ill give it a try but not now i have some many other books to read

ok people...i didnt really notice anything wrong with sm's writing but then again i didnt pay much attention 2 that stuff so i'll take yalls word 4 it
also i never read the hp series and dont plan 2...but they seem like good books...AND jkr iz waaayyyy more richer than sm...sm just started and only wrote 4 books...jkr wrote books bout the same size and i think 9 of them...and they r almost all in movies and all r gr8 hits (i think so at least) so once breaking dawn is made into a movie then all this twiilite bussiness will be over...i go 2 the bookstore way 2 much 4 my own good and ive noticed not many people are taking much interest in twilite anymore even tho the stores hav like 1000 twilite books 4 sale..pretty much every1 who wanted 2 read them has read them so ya
