Fly discussion

I stare at the new arrival. Poor kid. He was just a baby, and already I could see gills in his neck. A wailing sound was coming from his mouth and wet tears streaked his face. My hand reaches around the cool medal bars of my dog crate. My gleaming white wing spread out behind me. I want to fly, to escape this horrible dump, but it was impossible. Oh, and that baby was my little brother.

Kate sighs as she watches them. She looks down and creates a little fire in her hands for warmth. Her demonic wings around her shoulders. THey'll never get out of here....

Javian stared at the little crying boy and the frowning avian hydrid. Of course they couldn't see her. She was perfectly blended thanks to her 2% cameleon hybrid part of her.

I look into the empty cage next to my brothers. I have to get out of here, and make sure that cage stays empty. Suddenly, I know what to do.

Javian stared hard at the avian hybrid, She looked determined, like she was going to get out. Then she made herself apear.

I almost scream when someone apears in the empty cage. I could have sworn no one was there a moment before.

"Oh, sorry to startle you. It's just that you had seen so intent on escaping and I wanted to join you. I'm Javian"

"Meloney," I reply. I'm still not sure I can trust this girl, but I knew I couldn't escape alone.

"So... will you get out?"

I shrug and spread out my wings.
"It'd be nice to feel the air in my feathers again," I say.

"It would be nice to blend into trees, not poisons, and chemicals, and needles" she says shuddering and dissapeared.

"Right. So we need a plan, and I can't leave my brother," I gesture to the baby.

"Oh I can take care of your brother, you see I have scales the color of my skin and it sorta gives me extra streigh and I could probably carry him with no problem But I'm no strategist."

I nodd and turn back to the cage door.
"Someone's coming,"
A white-coat opens the door. I wink at chamilian girl and he steps to my cage.

Javian cringes as a whitecoat enters the room, her scales become nore distinguished and she grows a mall, cameleon like claw. She startes picking the lock and when she's done she charges the man.

Ryder leans against the side of his cage, totally cramped up. He looks out the side, wincing when somebody comes in.

I kick the guy hard in the stomach and then punch his nose and imediently blood trickles down his face. I see Javian apring out too and wink at her. I bust open my brother's cage and pick him up gently.

"So I guess this is our plan... butckiking out way out of here...COOL!" Javian says and grabs the key from the whitecoat. "Let's also keep this taser..."

I yawn and spread out my wings. It feels so good to finally be able to get out of this freakin' lab. I kick open the rest of the hybrids' cages and take of into the cool air.

Ryder looks out from between the bars. He is totally bummed, but still, as always, formulating a plan. It had to work sometime!

Kate watches leaning on the bars trying to stretch out her wings but to no avail.

Ryder pressed his face against the cage. He sees the lock. When somebody comes to take him out, Ryder watches them do the lock. He thinks he has it figured out this time.

Neil watched as a few others escaped. This was his chance. He has to get out, but how is the question. He just needed one of the white coats to open the door. Then it would be grab Zoe and run as fast as they could till they could get out. He hadn't exactly formulated a plan after that but it sounded good enough for this moment. He would figure out the rest as he would go.

Zoe looked at Neil.He looked like he was concentrating on something. He mouthed at her. "Be ready." whatever he meant by that.

Arrow looks at the lock, if she got it hot enough maybe.... she didn't wait as she put her hands over it and it started to heat up. She could feel the lock start to liquify as it drops to the ground. She pushes open the cage door and looks at another boy. ((Sam, is someone getting Ryder out of the cage or should Arrow?))

Arrow runs over to him and looks up at him, "I'ma get you out." She says putting her hands on the lock and heating it. Again, it turns to liquid and drips onto the floor, she then opens the door, "Don't step in that." She says pointing to the liquified metal.

"Yeah, okay." Is all Ryder can get out before exploding out of the cage. He was so cramped. Apparently he hadn't needed a plan, thoguh.

Arrow walks calmly around streatching her wings, "This feels so nice." She laughs.
