2009 marks ten years since the publication of Speak and it's still one of the most powerful young adult books ever written.

ME AGREE totally waz blown away by dat book so powerful LUVED IT!!!!
that book made me laugh and cry...its such a wonderful book..has to be my favorite book
So powerful.....I remember the summer I first read the book. I was an emotional mess, but so mesmerized by Anderson's portrayl of Melinda. This is the book that got me hooked on her as an author.
Wow, ten years already! Well, actually, fourteen.
