Orcs by Stan Nicholls and The Dwarves by Markus Heitz both $2.99. The Killing Moon by N.K. Jemisin for $1.99. And last but not least (except in price), Courtney Schafer's The Whitefire Crossing is currently free.

Beggars in Spain is only 99 cents. It's been in my wishlist at $9.99 for over two years.

If we're talking cheep eBooks, I can't resist plugging my book:
The Staff of Moses
You can get it for only 2.99 on Kindle. I would have gone for .99, but Amazon only allows that with the 35% royalty option. It's also available on other marketplaces.
