Now it is Aurelie's turn to get excited. She flies around the shop, picking up a french to english dictionary, a book she had been coveting for ages, and with some deliberation, an english copy of To Kill A Mockingbird. She garbles away to the others in French, oblivious to the fact that they can't understand a word she is saying.

They laugh.

Kate walks off into the young adult section and starts picking out dystopians.

Arrow laughs and goes to the Anime with Ash close behind.

Gale looks around and slowly walks toward the comic books.

Johnny had to hold on to her collar so he didn't fall off.

Satisfied, Aurelie heads over to Kate and nods to the books she is picking out. "What are zees?" she asks curiously. She puts a hand up to her neck to make sure Johnny is still there.

Johnny feels her hand and hugs her thumb. "I got a friend!" He said happily ((g2g))

Aurelie laughs.

Onyx walks in and zooms towards the young adult section she looks through all the paranormal books ( even though she is paranormal her) she finds perfect fictional novels about her kind she stumbles upon a book " Twilight?" she said confused flipping through a couple of pages she smiles and adds the series to her basket.

She finds so many different books on her kind even on werewolves she has a million books and races to the counter nearly running into various people. She quickly checks them out and gives the women her credit card which goes straight to the state ( she found it on a bus).

"They're dystopians, they're like the future, nothing goes right in them." Kate says.

((Better go now, its like half past midnight :') night))

"Zat sounds like real life anyway," Aurelie says, shrugging and pulling out The Hunger Games. ((I had to do it)) She adds it to her basket, not bothering to find a French copy.

Kate smiles, "Best book ever!" She says. "I have over 4 copies!" ((I serously do! XD))

Aurelie smiles. "Zen, we shall read!" She goes and pays for all her books, and takes out The Hunger Games to read in the store while she waits for the others. It isn't long before she is poking the person nearest to her, who happens to be Gale, asking, "Zee's words, what do zay mean?" She points a manicured finger to a point in the page.

He laughs, "Well, it's telling the story of how Katniss, the main character, meet Gale in the woods. Gale is her best friend." He explains with a smile. He knew the story like the back of his hand. ((LIKE ME!))

Johnny yawned and then fell asleep in Aurelie's collar.

((BEST BOOKS EVER!))

Aurelie frowns in concentration as Gale explains it to her. She moves a hand up to her face to brush some hair away but a pen materialises in front of her hand and flies across the room, splattering ink on the floor. She growls angrily and stomps her foot. "I hate it when zat 'appens!" She jerks her hand across in front of her, vanishing the pen, leaving just the ink stains.

Johnny woke up. "Huh?"

Gale looks at her, "It's ok." He says with a smile.

"What's ok?" Johnny asked, as he poked his tiny mouse head through Aurelie's hair so they could see him.

"SHe dumped some ink, no problem" Gale answers.

"Thank you for explaining zee words," she says, bending down and procuring a cloth from thin air. "I am making a mess, Johnny, zat is what it is."

"Oh." Johnny said sleepily.

She scrubs at the ink but when it fails to disappear, she sits down cross-legged on the floor, over the ink patch. "Well, I will just have to sit of zee floor forever. Then no-one will ever know," she says simply, opening up the book again.

He smiles, "no problem" ((Be back in like an hour!))

Johnny laughed a little. "I don't think that's necessary. The janitor is coming." He said with a big yawn.

The Janitor walked over and looked at the mess. "Johnny! Was this you?" He asked the mouse.

Aurelie looks up from the book and stands up, a hand on Johnny to make sure he didn't fall off her shoulder. "Je suis désolée, monsieur... I am sorry, it was my fault, I am afraid... Zees stupid powers are zee cause for zee mess."

The janitor nods. "Well alright, Powers can be a bugger can't they?" He said as he snapped his fingers and the stain disappeared.

Aurelie's eyes open wide. "How did you do zat?" she asks curiously. "I can make zee things come and go, but sometimes zeese things do not want to be come and gone."

The Janitor smiled. "Janitorial powers."

Aurelie laughs and grins at him. "Now zat it something I want. Zen I could clean up all of zee messes I make!"

Johnny stood up. "Im sorry Aurelie but I have to go. I will be back though." He said as he shifted into a falcon and flew away.

"Au revoir Johnny," she called as he flew away.

"So what's your name?" The Janitor asked her.

"Je m'appelle Aurelie... I mean, my name is Aurelie, monsieur."

"Well Im Clyde, and I think you've already met the trouble maker, Johnny."

"Oui, monsieur, that I have! 'E is a naughty boy, putting rats on the dining table!" she cries, laughing.

Clyde shook his head. "That boy has to learn manners."

Onyx stumbles with her huge pile of books and drops them in front of where the janitor and some girl were talking "Sorry," she said bending to pick them up.

Aurelie bends down and passes some of the books back to the girl. "C'est rien... it's fine," she said smiling.

"Thank you." she said taking books and trying to balance them only failing as they fall again "dam," she cries "how am i gonna get home if i cant take these with me."

"A bag?" Clyde suggested.

Aurelie waves her hand, conjuring up a plastic bag. "Voila... here," she says, passing it to the girl.

"thank you," she said shoving her books into it she stuck out her free hand " I'm Onyx." she says her fangs glittering.

Johnny, in mouse form, ran over being chased by a cat. "Help!" He yelled as he hid behind Aurelie's shoe. He coward in fear.

"Bonjour Onyx. I am Aurelie." She shakes the girl's hand and bends down to scoop up the mouse cowering by her foot. "And this... this be Johnny." She hisses at the cat. "Alle! Le chat mechante!"
