vampire lovers discussion

i thought it might be time we had a place for general chatter so that some of the other threads don't become to far off topic :) feel free just say hey and talk about anything you want

i noticed in the thread where we could list all the vampire books/series that we have read that many of us have read different books then others so i was wondering if anyone was interested in doing something like a book of the month kind of thing or book buddies?

we should have book of the month where we pick a book that sounds really good then read it then discuss it!! :-)

hey guys just wanted to let you know that i made a poll for favorite male vampire

great idea Steph :) i'll check it out.

i want to do a female one but don't know that many female vampire

ummmmmmmm there always seems to be more male then female ones

Alisa/Sita from the Thirst Series
Schyler, Mimi and Bliss from the Bluebloods series
Alice and Rosalie from Twilight

thats all i can really think of for now as most of the ones i have read have been male vamps, different females

i can do what i did in the other let people do write ins so if i don't have there favorite they can add it

good idea :) i just haven't read many books with female vamps which seems really unfair there are a few in Night World series from LJ Smith but the only one i remember at the moment is Poppy.

does it count if they are only half vampire?

seriously though i think Elena and Damon she be together.

i know, what is it about Stefan that makes her choose him over Damon

i really don't know. He always seems quite rigid to me, like he never really relaxes. Damon on the other hand can be serious when he needs to be but always tries to have a good time no matter whats going on.

i hate that in order to save her, that when it come to Stefan and Damon, Damon will do anything even at the cost of someone else, but Elena doesn't see that she only ever sees the bad, but when it's her that does it its okay, sometimes i don't like Elena

i know what you mean! No matter what Damon does its wrong and she is blind to all the good he does. Sometimes its kind of like... Bad Damon how can you let someone get hurt... when he is only doing it to keep the people he cares about safe!

i know and even when Stefan does something bad, Damon get's the blame

or when something new that is bad Damon is always seen as a suspect... either he is behind it or he knows who is!

Anyways i have to try to get some sleep, my little girl has been getting up with the sun the last few weeks and with the clocks going forward tonight i'm not sure whats going to happen.
