All right story for the cats...
It all started out with a black cat, that, remarkably,Adopted us. She was skinny, and looked like an alley cat. She had a collar, so shoo she went. But she kept coming back. Fiannaly when my mother took a closer look at her, her collar had somehow made itself go under her arm, and still around half her neck. This had been there so long, it had worn down to the bone. Ouch! My dad, the pharmasist he was, helpped the cat get back to health. We fell in head over tail(xD)for her. My brothers decided to name her penny, for her black fur.
When we found her, she was already perhaps four or five years old. She lived for anntoher twelve or thirteen years or so. (old cat!)That equaled up to 16 years,or even more. She was my one of my life-long friends. As she grew older, she grew stressful, mean, and grumpy. Her claws never retracted very well anymore, and she only lived with two teeth. her eyes became cateraxed, and she could hardly get somewhere without having to stop and rest. I was crushed when my parents decided it was her time. Last year, we put her to sleep. For days I cried in my bed,and locked myself in my room for nearly hours. I had truly fallen in love with Penny, and now she was gone. Why had she gone? I loved her so! Eventually, I learned that life goes on, and she's always watching me and my new kitten, Houdini.

Wow. that's like those Chicken Soup for the Soul stories...
All right, time for my rats....the dog really is still alive, and I don't feel like writing about him right now.
Okay, so, I had this pet rat name Sniffles. I got him from pet-co tree or four years ago. When I got him, he was nearly the size of an adult mouse. Because he was from Pet-co, and as any pet owner would know..Pet-co doesn't really take care of their pets.He had a Resperitory disease. Witch meant he sneezed, and sometimes couldn't breath as well. He never bit me. Not once, in his whole lifetime. He licked. This rat loved to lick people. You could stick your fingers in the bars of the cage and..lick,lick,lick. Pick him up and put him on your bed...lick,lick,lick. He was so sweet, and everybody loved him. One day, on his fourth year or so, he looked like he couldn't walk. My father suggested that he probably had a stroke. I was heart-broken. (this was before penny, so I had nearly a heart-attack)I knew soon it would be his time. I had trained him to come to his name, and now he wasn't coming. I knew his hearing was dying as well as him. On my last day with him, I cried sometimes, in the middle of playing with my friends. I was hanging out with them at the fair, and I cried in sudden outburst during the rides. I got home, and spent the few hours of his life, playing, and remembering sweet memories me and my friends shared with him.We buried him under a rosemary plant, one of his favorite treats. For over a week, I drew rant and other things on my Math papers, Spelling, and other anonamis folders and Home-work sheets. I never really got over his death. Plus, my birthday had been only a few weeks before his death. I was split into pieces, and my heart was a lopsided puzzle that made no sense. But he's up there, in the clouds above me, every day, every night. I even sometimes see him sitting on my shoulder when I'm really bored. Just remember that they're always watching you, and yo never have to forget.
