Pity you guys dont speak bosnian. Lots of sufi literature there. I could even suggest some titles.
Thanks for all the wonderful books.
Jumma Mubarak - Please share your favorite Sufi books. Which one is the best you have ever read.

So far i'm enjoying Jawid Mojaddedi's translation of Rumi's Mathnawi. I just completed 'book one' and now enjoying 'two'
I think it's becoming a favourite :o)

I am not a Muslim but I am a Graduate student in Near Eastern Studies and I am very into Sufism. I have read the Quran many times and Sufism is all about reason and inner peace. I joined this group because I want to improve my knowledges.
Thank you very much.

Welcome to the group. We share our favourite books on Sufism. Would really like to know your experiences on this path. And How do you find the relationship between Islam and Sufism? Which works have you studied? Let us if we can help you in anyway on this path.

Hi Raja
I am very Persian Sufism. Rumi is an icon for me. Before that I have read the Quran many times and I like the message of tolerance in Sufism.

hi everyone
is there books that teach the path? I mean the dhlkr and meditation

Salam and welcome to the group. have you read healing power of Sufism - it's a Naqashbandi way of doing Dhikr. Let me know if you've read that book.

Glad to be here with the wonderful people around.
Feeamanillah!
Waslam and welcome to the group Suhail. Have you read any books on Sufism and which one would you recommend?

I'm from Malaysia, Sufism book (in English) are rare here, therefore I only read few translated ones. I do hope someone can share some resources they found online.
I love the very existence of this group. Alhamdulillah :)

Waslam brother Waqas, welcome to the group. Would you share with us your experience and which Sufi master have inspired you.

Salam brother Suhendi, welcome to the group. Please go through the bookshelf on this group and let me know if you are interested in particular book.

I'm reading Rumi translated by Jawid Mojaddedi (Book One). Before this, read Fihi Ma Fihi.

It is fantastic to discover this group. Two book I recommend are Living Presence and The Knowing Heart by Mevlevi Shaikh Kabir Helminski.

I'm an Egyptian poet, increasingly drawn to the Sufi path. Here is an essay of mine on Seeking the Light Through Literature: https://www.worldliteraturetoday.org/...
I hope you enjoy it _/|\_
