Hey all you classic book lovers! My name is Anna and I've recently embarked on a six-year-long journey through 100 classic novels. How many of the books on my list have you read? If you wander on over to my blog and click the link to the list on the top of the page, you can check it out. Leave a comment, check out the rest of the page, or become a follower!
Happy reading!

Hi Anna I just finished reading The Diary of Samuel Pepys on Friday 25th April. Great read, difficult at times considering the language as well as my lack of knowledge of 17th Century British Naval history, though I enjoyed every page.
Good luck to you. p.s. Your blog ideally needs to have a list of the books in one convenient location. We can't scroll through your status reports by calendar date.
Also: you're intending to read how many books per year? Shouldn't your goal be more like 600 books--that is, 100 per year? If you read just a 50-book goal per year that amounts to a book a week. You could do two books per week (=100 per year), especially if you read multiple books at once or short books. There's a lot of classic works which are short page-length.
Faust: make sure you read Book II as well, or its not complete!
