I burst into the open air, breathing in the crisp mourning. I streatch my wings out to their maximum and fly, for the first time, into the clouds.

Arrow sees a flash of light and dashes past Ryder, "Come on!" She yells as she jumps out. She then sees another girl, "Hey." She says as she flies through the sky.
I turn to the girl. "Hey..." I sigh.

Ryder kicks the lock of the girls cage with some wicked burst of strength. Then he jumps into the air.

Arrow wendt down and picked her up, "Hey."
"Oops." Ryder slows down so he can talk to them.

She shrugs, "I got half demon, half fire."
Mod
"And here I am, bird-boy..." Ryder adds.
"I was born human. Then I got tested on." She says, "So I'm pretty much three things."
Mod
Kate laughs at Ryder's coment, "Well, he's bird boy, and I'm Arrow."
Mod
"Nice to meet you, and get out of that cage." She smiles.

She laughs, "So what? I'm four years older. And ya, I school would be nice. Sort of." She laughs.
Mod
She smiles, "Go for it." She says. ((G2g for a bit! be back later!))

"How much longer will this flight last? That fight with the whitecoats took a lot out of me, maybe I'll just..." and Javian fell asleep in Arrow's arms.
((I gotta get home and I'll then be back, then I gotta leave for an hour again, Don't worry! As long as my friend doesn't come over with his long board though. XD ))Arrow laughs and tightens her grip around her.

(its midnight now)
Arrow sits down and starts a fire. "We should camp here and try to get as far away as we can tomorrow morning."
"Where do you guys even planning on going?" Ryder asks, speaking up finally. "I'm Ryder, by the way, my name is NOT bird-boy!"
Arrow laughs, "I know." She says. "Um.... I don't know, away from here." SHe says.
"Alright, that's good enough for me." He sits down across from her near the fire and wishes he had a jacket. They really needed to go 'shopping.'
She looks at him, she then drapes her wings over her shoulder waiting for him to do the same. His wings would keep him warmer than hers would, hers is just skin wings.
Ryder follows suit, his ashy black wings covering him. It helped, but not too much. He could only imagine how cold the girls were.
Arrow breaths fire for a second and looks at Javian. She puts her closer to the fire, hopefully she'd warm up.
"Did you just breath fire?" Ryder stops himself from jumping back. Fire+feathers=not good. He looked at her in a mix o amazement and awe.
She smiles, "Ya, I did." She says, "I read somewhere that it could save your life if you're freezing.
Ryder laughs. "Well, alright then. I guess that makes sense." He smiles, loosening the wings around him.
She laughs, "Yep." She does it again.
"That is so crazy. What did they do to you?" It was pretty obvious about him. Bird. But her, he had no idea.
She looks at him, "I have bat in me and fire." She says.
"That's different, but I guess it works!" Ryder said, trying to be postive.
She nods, "I'm definatly origional."
Ryder smiles at that. "Yeah." He thinks for a second. "I think we should take watches so we can sleep."
She nods, "You sleep first." She says.
"Thanks." Ryder says, immediately leaning over and laying down, wrapping himself in his wings again.
She looks at him as she watches where they had just flew from.
Ryder slept for while fitfully. He wakes up later, unable to fall back asleep. "You need to sleep?"
SHe looks over to him stoking the fire, "Sure." She says.
"Go ahead then." Ryder tells her, leaning back to keep his eyes open.
