Amanda Nadler | 5 comments I read the book Unbelieveable by Sara Shepard,in this book Hanna was in a coma because she got hit by a car (A) and now she can't remember anything. Emily got sent to Iowa to live with her Aunt and Uncle because she is "different" from everyone else in their hometown. In this book you find out who "A" is and it is really shocking.
I give this book 3 stars because it was good, but had me guessing the whole time on who A was and I didnt expect it to be the person who it was. I like this whole series but this book wasnt my favorite at all. It was kind of depressing at a lot of points.
In class we are talking about memories for our memoirs and after hanna's coma she wakes up and can only remember one thing "Th-the only this I remember was the night before Mona's party"(Shepard,118). The party was a big deal to her but she got shunned by Mona the whole time and wasn't invited but she can't remember that at all. She thought she had a great time there and since thats the last thing she remembers she also cant recall who she thought A was.
I would recommend this book to any teenage girl or mom who likes a lot of drama. There is never a dull moment in this book and it always keeps you guessing. It is a lot to wrap your head around but eventually it all makes sense. This book is exciting yet makes you nervous for the girls safety at the same time.
