Under the Covers discussion

I find myself choosing the same genre when as I am researching my next read. I believe it's so that I am not dissappointed. I do not have a problem trying new authors so why can't I branch away from the certain "genre"? Do you have this issue? I guess Fifty Shades was different than what I normally read, but it still had the same YA feel to it. Ah well, I like what I like I guess. My next book, I have decided, will be something different.
