Onyx's office

Nania opened the door to the office.

Onyx sat at her desk going over fineances (( money stuff))

Johnny walked over, with his mother, and sat down outside the office door.

Nania waited patiently, not wanting to disturb her.

Nania noticed a woman with jeans and a tube top sitting with a boy arounf her age. "Hi." She said politely to them.

Miranda looked at the young girl and said " hello." she looked at Johnny " why dont you go make friends while i go talk to Onyx ok?" she said

"Ok." Johnny said as he stood up and walked over to Nania. "Hi, Im Johnny."

Nania smiled. "I'm Nania."

Miranda walked in and sat in front of Onyx

Onyx looked up from her work and smiled " hello Miranda. Can i help you with something?" she asked looking back at her papers

Miranda handed her the monthly check. " this is for our cabin." she reached into her shorts and brought out a wad of 50 dollar bills. " and that goes towards the camp." she said

Katie wrote: "Nania smiled. "I'm Nania.""

Johnny smiled at her. "So you new here?"

"Yeah, me and my sister. My sister's the reason I'm here, bsically..."

"Oh. Why is she the reason?"

"uh.... a few issues at her school." She said, not volunteering any more information than that. "How loong have you been here?" She asked him, changing the subject.

Onyx smiled at Miranda " thank you very much." she said taking the money and placing it in a envlope labeled 'tax money.'

Miranda put a serious look on her face " i want a place where my family can be safe." she said quietly

Katie wrote: ""uh.... a few issues at her school." She said, not volunteering any more information than that. "How loong have you been here?" She asked him, changing the subject."

"Since the camp started. I was really really sick and almost died. So my parents moved us all out here. At that time the camp had just been bought by Onyx, but she let us rent the big cabin."

"That was nice of her. I wish my parents could live here." She said.

"Oh where are they?"

Onyx nodded and said " this is a place where everyone is safe." she said

Johnny scrunched up his nose and then sneezed.

Miranda nodded then headed back outside to her child

Johnny saw his mother and sneezed again.

Miranda put a worried look on her face " Johnny are you ok?" she asked putting a hand on his head " your a little warm but I'll fix that." she said picking him up

"Ok."

Miranda said goodbye to the girl and ran Johnny back to their cabin

Niana watched them leave, feeling worried.

Onyx saw Niana and said " you can come in"

"First of all, I would like to thank you for providing my sister and I a safe haven. She hasn't felt this safe for a long time." She said after taking a seat.

Onyx smiled at the girl " everyone here is safe. we only allow people who are special both you and your sister are special. so you are always welcome." she said

"Thank you. ANyways, I just wanted to let you know a few things about my sister...." ((oh gosh.... trying to think of things....))

Onyx waited patiently

"My sister... isn't very brave. I think it's going to take awhile for her to get used to this new place, now. And, I wanted to let you know.... Some nights I might not get any sleep. My sister has nightmares."

Onyx nodded she asked " what is your sister?" she asked calmly

"um, and elf like me. She's ten years old."

Onyx smiled " that makes sense some elves have nightmares about their past selves or maybe even their future selve." she explained to the girl

"Yes." She nodded. "So, even now I'm tired. Thank you Onyx! You've been very kind. I appreciate it." She said, and stood up to leave.

Onyx said to her " one second." she ran to her back room and looked over many potions. she found the right one and came back.

Nania waited. "What's that?" She asked curiously.

Onyx handed her the bottle " its something to keep her night mares away. If it doesnt work come back and ill make a stronger one." she said

"Oh thank you!" SHe said gratefully. She left the office, grinning.

Miranda walks into Onyxs office fuming

Onyx looked at her eyes widened " something wrong?" she asked

Miranda nodded " two of you campers assulted my child." she said

Ash limps in, "Mom! Please don't!" He says coming up next to her. His hair is still damp, and his ancle still hurting. Kate holds onto his hand.

Neko walks in and looks around, then turns into a human brunette boy in a nyan cat tshirt and shorts, barefoot

Onyx is freaking out "so mnay vistors today" she mutters

Miranda was calmer but not by much " no im reporting this to her. im not going to stand by any more." she said

Onyx looked at the boy " can you wait one moment." she asked smiling

Kriast came running in, his blind eyes closed, "Ms. Onyx! Sigma is having an asthma attack! He doesn't have his inhaler!"

Ash leans on the table letting his wounded leg relax, "Mom, this is only going to make it worse!" He argues trying to keep his voice down.

Kate goes up to her mom and hugs her. ((Let's pretend she's really short, and when she hears something loud, she goes really childish.))

Onyx is having a panic attack " everybody calm." she yells she throws Kriast an inhaler and says " give him that."

Miranda holds onto Kate and says calmly " im not going to let this go unpunished. you decide either i deal with it or Onyx does." she lets him chose

Ash shuts up, "I'd prefer Ms. Onyx takes care of it...." He says.

Kate smiles at her mother's touch, calming down.
