I guess not many people know how Sonic came into being ^^ This is what I have read long time ago.

Sonic shoes are dedicated to Santa Claus weird but true ^^ Later they put even a gold loop in it.
His color "blue" is a symbol of hope. His style cool and groovy is dedicated to Michael Jackson, and is a symbol of freedom, while his speed stands for endless possibilities. So The reason, Yuji Naka made out of him a hedgehog, is in connection with our world, because hedgehogs are in danger of extinction. Thats all what I know about it. Later then, Sonic was created ^^

And yet that has eluded the sights of many..

Yes, I was surprised myself xD I have found it on a website, with a bunch information about Sonic overall, but I don't know the name anymore. At any rate it was a japanese official site.

Oh! Did someone realize that Tails, Sonic and Knuckles together are the basic colours, coincidence or not? ^^

That's kinda true XD Although I usually see Tails as more orange than yellow...

Yes, it depends on the game or drawing. Sometimes he is orange and sometimes he is yellow, in Sonic Heroes for example.

I hated the voice actors in Sonic Heroes....Knuckles sounded retarded.

Lol XD well I was watching the Team Sonic intro and the second Knuckles started talking my brother and I were like: "HE SOUNDS LIKE. RETARD!" XD

I see. Well, I watched the intro today and have to admit, he sounds weird a little. The voice actor for Knuckles in SA2 sounds better though...

I like the voices that they use for Sonic X...I think they're from 06, but I can't remember...plus I haven't played it yet..

Yea, the voice actor in Sonic X are pretty good. Sonic 06 was a weird programmed game, but the story and the music though was not bad.

Does anyone know why Sonic Team took away the Super Emeralds? They were only in the Sonic & Knuckles Sega game, and later they vanished completely. Other question, did anyone heard of the Super Emeralds at all? ^^

Hmm, maybe it's no wonder that you both don't know the Super Emeralds. They only can be found in Sonic & Knuckles (Sega) in a secret room, and you can activate them when you managed to collect the Chaos Emeralds first. With all Super Emeralds then, you can turn into Hyper Sonic ^^

I have heard of super emeralds, faintly that is, which are sufficiently powerful enough to, indeed, activate a hyper form.

Although i have seen some, in machinimas or stories of sorts, turn the chaos emeralds into super emeralds for a brief period of time.

Is it possible for chaos emeralds to do such?

Hey guys I looked up the Super Emeralds and they do exist. I think they are the Chaos Emeralds when they were first introduced because in the same game they were there the Master Emerald was first introduced then.

Thats exactly what I'm talking about! ;) As the hyper form you can do an enourmes high double jumb, and when you jumb all enemys around you will vanish ^^ It's really fun hehe. Also it can happen that you glitch just through a wall, because Hyper Sonic is much faster than the normal one ^^ And that is really not fun, because you have to wait until the time is over.. so 10 minutes...

10 minutes?! That is a long time for a level!

Umm, the thing is you have to wait 10 minutes because you die then automically.. So when you are in a wall you can't do anything but wait.

Ohh wait now I get it. Your going so fast then accidentally get stuck in a wall and, well, die?

Yes, exactly ^^ You die because for each level you have only 10 minutes time. So when you wait 10 minutes, game over appears.

The developer probably didn't expect that this can happen. I guess they have not tested it correctly.

Or they didn't expect the gamer to run into a wall in the first place:P

Haha yes, ^^ but when you run so fast that the cam can't even keep up with you, XD then it can happen easily.

I know right!! I had gotten Sonic Rush for my birthday one year and Sonic ran so fast my eyes couldn't keep up with him! Eventually they did but it was really hard to play the game without running into a robot and losing all my coins:P

Yea, I know that, it depends on your courage and skill. You can either run as fast as possible or play carefully. I prefer run at full speed ^^ Sonic Adventure 1 is the best example for that. There you can run at normal speed or just spin amazingly fast through the level. ^^
