The headquarters of Kingdom Flagella, where the Chief Royal family of Flagella resides. The building is three story tall, unkempt and almost falling to ruins. There is a Conference/Throne room, Three big bedrooms and four small ones and 7 servant quarters of which only the three big bedrooms and 4 servant quarters are occupied.
