Ok so i read Fear when it was released and for anyone who hasn't stop reading now but dear lord Edilio is GAY! i knew it! i could tell at the beginning he was hiding something and i knew he was gay! Michael Grant knows how to keep things interesting. Leave a comment on your thoughts about characters and how they've developed so far.

Howard in fEAR NNNNOOOOOO * CRIES

After reading light Caine became my favourite character because his overall character development over all six books was remarkable. Caine change in the last two books has made him my favourite character in the whole series.

Ikr. Surprisingly, I was actually sad when Howard died and wanted him to survive to the end. He's an idiot, but he's one of those idiots that you actually come to care for.

In both Gone and Hunger there were hints to how Edilio felt about girls, and so I actually thought Edilio was straight until this one line about how the lake people "affectionately speculated the nature of his relationship with the Artful Roger". But I never felt that he was hiding something. Like he said to Sam, it took him a while to figure things out.
