Rory came into the Rec Jet and saw a girl with her eyes closed, there wasnt many other people around. Rory had only arrived a few days ago but she already felt like she had been here forever, and nothing seemed to be getting any better in the real world. Rory wanted to take action, DO something,and she would, she just wasnt sure what yet. Rory goes over to the girl and says 'you know closing your eyes doesnt mean when you open them things will be any better'

Rory nods understanding, she says 'i just want to do something other than wait, it feels like nothing will ever get better' she sighs in frustration and walks over to the girl so that she is standing in front of her. Rory laughs to herself and says 'im starting to feel like being stuck here is no different to being in a chop shop, always waiting for something to happen, at least there we'd know what that something is, i'm Rory, who are you?' she winks at the girl jokingly.

Jinx lay sprawled out on a couch on his stomach with a computer on the arm rest. He had headphones on an was grinning slightly.

Rory laughed a little, it was then that she noticed the boy with the headphones. Rory was never into being subtle, she quirked an eyebrow at Liesel and went over to the boy, she knocked on his earphones comically, he jerked around to look at her, she says 'so, who the hell are you then?' Rory thought to herself that she doesn't really know anyone here, might as well start with the loners on the rec jet. She smirks at his reaction to her boldness.

Jinx rolls his eyes. He shuts his laptop and says, "You're soooo kind." He sits up and eyes the two girls.

Rory looks over at Liesel, the boy was still looking at her with a weird expression. Rory says to Liesel 'i think i shocked him out of his happy place' she raises her eyebrows mockingly and smiles back at the boy.

"Yeah, you did." He looks indignant and shoves his headphones back into his pockets. "Just because you can't get there, doesn't mean I can't. Although, of course, maybe you just did."

Rory smiles slightly at the boy and says 'yes yes, boo hoo for you, now answer my question, who the hell are you? unless you want me to call you heahphones boy, i'll do it, and it WILL annoy you' she grins wider and winks at him to show she is only joking around.

"Jinx." He replies in a single word; the story of his life.

Rory's eyes widen and she says 'I LOVE IT, you must have had the piss ripped out of you for that kind of name' she smiles at him 'it could be worse you could be an Unwi-ah no wait you are, then again so are we, life just isnt on any of our sides'

Rory turns to Liesel and shakes her head, she says 'i only became a ward of the state a year ago and they've already decided im not worth keeping, shit happens, my mum always taught me about how wrong our society is, she was right, we used to help Unwinds you know, and now i am one, the irony' she laughs without humour.

Rory nods in agreement, she says 'yeah, well i lost my whole family and my right to live in less than a year, life is even more unfair than i thought, and i was a cynical son of a bitch to start with' she smirks shaking her head 'it could be a hell of a lot worse i suppose, i could be torn apart by now, if im going down then im going to go down fighting for whats right damn it'

Rory rolls her eyes and says 'yeah im starting to get that' she pauses thoughtfully, smirking Rory says 'maybe they just need a kick up the arse to get things going'

Rory's face turns serious, her smile fades, 'no, the world is fucked up enough without Unwinds ratting on eachother, so yeah you can trust me' Rory nods encouragingly at Liesel.

Jinx had stayed silent, he hadn't really had anything to add, but now he says, "If it makes you feel better about whatever you're gonna say, we all go through crap too. We don't have anyroom to judge."

Rory nods in agreement at Jinx, she says 'yeah, we all have secrets Liesel'

"True that." Jinx agrees.

Rory wonders if she should tell them about her contacts, the ones that helped her escape, the people her mother worked with to help Unwinds. But she wasn't sure how much she could trust anyone, even if they were all in the same situation. Rory says 'yeah, i have contacts too, my mother was part of the resistance, i came here because i thought it would be the place meet other Unwinds willing to fight back, but so far people seem to be content with just sitting back and doing nothing, i was thinking about leaving, im just not sure where the best place to go would be yet' Rory looks at Liesel thoughtfully.

"Like?" Jinx was wary of this plan. Yes, he wanted very much to go against them, but it needed to be done right. "I'd come, but I gotta know what I'm getting myself into."

"Okay, you had better be right." Jinx tells her, hoping his jinx doesn't taint the operation. "I'm in, then."

Rory grins wickedly and looks from Jinx to Liesel, she says 'I'm always up for a bit of rebellion, lets do it, if I had to spend one more day doing nothing I WILL have to punch someone.....again' she winks at Liesel.

Jinx looks to Liesel. "So, how do we get outta here?"

'what you mean like hot wire one, because my mum taught me how to do that' both Jinx and Liesel give her a look and Rory says 'yeah I know it's not the most normal bonding experience, but hey I'd rather know how to steal a car than where to shop' she winks at Liesel waiting for her to go on.

Rory grins and says 'If you like a thrill and a bit of danger then yeah it's really fun, so you've both been here longer than me whats the best way out, i too note of a few ways when i came in' Rory nods towards Liesel and then at Jinx.

Rory smiles at Leisel and says 'well thats sorted then, when should we leave?'

'ahhhh good, we can get away so soon, brilliant i really am going mad here' Rory grins at Liesel.

"Okay, well then, what are we waiting for?" Jinx gets up.

Rory smirks slightly and says 'lets get the HELL out of here people!' she stands up straight and starts to leave the rec jet, patience has never been one of Rory's strong points.

Jinxs follows, tucking his laptop under his arm.

Rory turns to Jinx and says 'come on then bad luck boy, lets get on the road' she smirks at him.

"Alright." He says, ignoring he comment and slinging his backpack over his shoulder.

'Dont take it the wrong way, im an Orphan, you think i havent been called "Annie" once or twice in the last year, i have, you can take a swing if you like, i cant say ive never smashed someone in the face for saying something like that' Rory nods at Jinx, not in sympathy but in understanding.

Jinx nodded, but didn't slug her. He just kept walking. "I'll wait, let's just go."

'ok but that was a limited time offer, if you hit me from now on I will have no choice but To hit back' Rory winks at Jinx then leaves the rec jet.

"No problem." Jinx says, hiding a snicker.

Rory look around outsid the rec jet, nobody is around that she can see, she turns to Jinx and beckons him over to her.

"What?" Jinx asks, going closer, but on the defense.

'do you think now is a good time, seriously just find me a car and I can hotwire it in 3 minutes flat I swear, I've only been here a few days so I don't know the best place to escape, where do you think we should go?' says Rory already scoping out places to head towards.

"Remeber when you first came? And you were closest the gate? Theres an old jeep there, I think." Jinx furrows his brow in concentration.

Rory nods distractedly and pulls on Jinx's arm a bit to let him know she is moving. Rory heads over to where she remembers the jeep being.
