What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

All I remember is that this girl (name possibly started with an R)in born in the wild half human half Satyr(?)Her human dad , who was captured and kept essentially as a "stud" by her crazy satyr family, turned out to be a Pegasus rider (Called something different but I can't remember)in some distant city. Ironically she captures a black Pegasus (which are supposedly rare) and is able to escape from the satyrs right before they plan to kill her... Then she goes off to have some crazy adventures....... Help!
