I have a kitchen equipment wish list that I keep in my mind. These are things that I wish I had,had room for or had a kitchen big enough to accommodate all of them.

1) A Kitchen Aid mixer with all the attachments in pink (fave color and it is the Breast Cancer Edition)

2) A Kitchen Aid food processor with external thickness control.

3) A Cuisinart food processor with work bowl and 14 cup capacity. (yes I want both, each one does something the other doesn't)

4) A complete set of Rachel Ray knives.

5) A complete set of Calphalon pots and pans.

6) A complete set of Rachel Ray bubble and brown casseroles.

7) A complete set of pastry rings.

8) A complete set of disher scoops.

9) An electric reamer (Ina Garten has one and I love it because you can juice multiple oranges, lemons or limes for drinks. Easier on the hands)

10) An ice cream maker. (Yes,even with the Kitchen Aid)

11) A marble rolling pin

12) A marble slab, preferably a built in one, for pastry making.

13) A complete set of Pyrex glass liquid measuring cups.

14) 2 complete sets of dry measuring cups with engraved amounts. One metal, one plastic for the microwave. I have a set now that the amounts were PAINTED on and have worn off. Makes 1/3 and 1/4 kinda hard to tell apart.)

15) A complete set of whisks, wooden spoons, and heat proof spatulas of various sizes.

16) A Giada DeLauretis blender.

17) A set of silicone baking mats.

18) A cast iron gill pan.

19) A complete set of loaf pans.

20) A set of silicone muffin forms.

21) A madeline pan

22) A complete set of various sized ramekins.

23) A kitchen big enough for all of this stuff.

Don't forget the Viking Professional range (yes you can get it in pink) with 8 burners and a grill, and double convection ovens coming in with extras at about $13,000. I am in lust with this appliance. I already have several things on your list, want most of the rest, and NEED the bigger kitchen already :)

OHHHHHH! I want that too! I'll make you a deal, whomever gets to have one first, lets the other one use once a month.

24) A sub zero side by side refrigerator, with bottom freezer.

25) Pink Viking Range

26) One of those ranges with the cool to the touch cook tops until you put a pan on it, with a warming oven, and two separate ovens (In case I can't get the Viking in the kitchen......)

27) A Vitamix Blender. I think I'll stick with this one over Giada's for the really powerful stuff. For me, they make a good product and they are made about 15 minutes away from me,so supporting a company that's local and USA owned. How cool is that?

Kitchen Aid mixer or blender?

Attachments?

By the by, Vitamix has a retail store at it's factory in Olmsted Falls and they sell reconditioned ones for less than new ones. They are just as good as new and are guaranteed.....

The KitchenAid is the stand alone blender, and works very nicely. And thanks for the info on the store... I didn't know that.

I didn't either until recently when they were on "Morning Show Feud" on Lannigan and Malone on 105.7. They are currently expanding, so when they are done, I plan on at least looking at them.
