((Dennis, right?))
Dennis noticed Kevin's frown but ignored it. He smiled at Miranda and almost laughed. It was funny, her nose was really in the book. Then he turned his attention to Mrs. Yabu as she starts.
((Want to be Mrs. Yabu?))

((Okay. I'm in a grade where we don't have electives or Spanish yet so...))
Dennis shrugged his shoulders indicating,"What?" Dennis kept an eye on the board, watching Mrs. Yabu.

Dennis payed attention to Mrs. Yabu. His grade in Spanish was okay, but it could be better. He had to improve it. After all, it's not fun being in the shadow of a cousin 3 years younger! He raised his hand,"Are there different ways on how to say it like in French?"
"No, no. I mean, like you know how in French they say Salut, Bonjour, Bienvenue? Is it like that in Spanish?", Dennis asked flustered.
Dennis walked over to Marina and stammered out,"Soy sig-significa Dennis"
Dennis walked back to his desk, his face red.
Dennis opened his binder and took out a blank piece of lined paper. He took out a sharpened lead pencil and began copying down the notes. When he finished, he looked over at what he had written and grimaced.
Dennis' face contorted into a serious expression as he struggled with the homework. With a sigh of relief, he finished and began packing. He walked over to Miranda and said,"How about a proposition? I'll give you 1 Math lesson on Pythagoras and you give me 1 lesson on Spanish on Saturday?"
"Hey Miranda! We're going to Language Arts next, not the gym!", Dennis called after her.
