Dennis walks to his locker and balancing his things, turns his lock, right, left, then right. He opens it, places his textbooks in his locker, and takes out his Spanish and Language Arts binder and Spanish textbook. He pulls out his phone and checks the messages. It has no new messages. He turns it off, places it back in his locker and closes his locker. Then he heads for the Grade 7 lockers.
Dennis does his combo, takes out his cell and wallet and closes his locker. He walks over to Miranda's locker and says,"What do you want to do for lunch?"
"Here, let me help. What's your combination?", Dennis asks.
"22... 54... 38...", Dennis mutters as he turns the lock dial right, left, then right. He pulls on it and it...

"Hm... It's not unlocking... Maybe you did jam it, Miranda...", Dennis says teasingly.
"I'll buy you lunch, Miranda. Let's go to the Caf", Dennis said hesitantly holding out his arm.
"Okay", Dennis said and he flashed a smile at her.
