Kayla walked in and sat down alone before ordering a Butterbeer. She smiled and took a sip. "One Butterbeer is too many, a thousand aren't enough," she said softly to herself and smiled slightly.

Beth walked quickly into the Three Broomsticks to escape the cold outside. She walked up to Rosmerta and ordered a butterbeer.

Kayla didn't notice the new girl walk in and just looked around.

Beth took her mug and went to sit down. The place was pretty empty. She saw one girl from Hogwarts in there which was a little unusual.

carman walks in, waves to beth. she sits down ordering a butterbeer.

Beth waved to Carman.

Kayla smiled at the two of them and wrapped her hands around the mug, pressing it to her lips.

"Hi Kayla," Beth said.

"Beth," Kayla said and nodded in hr direction.

"What's up?" She asked.

"Oh, nothing. As usual," Kayla said and smiled slightly.

Beth nodded, "Same here," She sighed.

"You can sit if you want," Kayla said with a shrug and sipped her Butterbeer again.

"Ok..." Beth said shyly and walked over to join Kayla.

"So, what house are you again?" Kayla asked.

"I'm in Ravenclaw," She answered, "What about you?"

"Oh. I'm a Gryffindor," Kayla responded. She didn't see many Gryffindors around her anymore, they seemed to be getting rarer for some reason.

"That's cool." Beth said, "I haven't really seen many Gryffindor's lately."

"I know. Me neither. It's lonely," Kayla made a pouty face.

"What happened? There used to be so many!" Beth said.

((How can you have fun taking a shower? O.o Lol))

"I don't know," Kayla said with a shrug.

"Now there're a lot of Slytherins," Beth said with a little bit of a shiver. She'd had some bad experiences with Slytherins.

"Yeah. We Gryffindors are gonna pound them to a pulp on Saturday's Quidditch match. You should come watch," Kayla informed Beth.

"Wouldn't miss it!" She said, "I'll be right there cheering on Gryffindor."

Kayla smiled. "Thanks. I'm a Chaser, ya know."

"Cool! I'm a Seeker," Beth said.

"Awesome. Isn't being a Seeker quite difficult?" Kayla asked.

Beth nodded, "Sometimes, although for most of the game I'm just trying to dodge the bludgers," She laughed a little bit, "I think being a Chase would be a lot more difficult."

Kayla blushed. She didn't want to sound arrogant, but technically it WAS the most important position. "Um...."

"I mean Seeker, they really don't do too much during the game. Now the Chasers, they're the ones who really make up the points." Beth said.

"We'll yeah, but without the Seeker the game would never end," Kayla said.

"But without the Chasers, the game would just be a bunch of people on brooms looking around for a tiny golden ball."

Kayla laughed. "Yeeeeaaaah....."

"So are you excited?" Beth asked.

"Yeah. But also nervous. Those Slytherins play dirty!" Kayla protested.

"I know right! They're so deceptive I can't believe they haven't been banned from playing yet!"

"I know! God, I have to restrain myself from pulling a forbidden one on them!" Kayla laughed.

"Me too all the time!" She said.

"Mm hmm," Kayla said as she tipped her head back and drained the Butterbeer.

"Wow I love Butterbeer so much." Beth said randomly.

"Haha yeah I know right?!" Kayla said and smiled. "Can I buy you one?" she asked.

"Only if I can buy you one too," Beth said with a smile.

Kayla smiled. "Fine."

Beth grinned, "Rosmerta can you bring us two butterbeers?"

Kayla smiled. "I can't believe I've never really seen you around here."
