Holidaze discussion

as some of you may have noticed, i have been fooling around alllllllll day trying to find something to complement the banner i have made....

what do you all think about opening it up and letting y'all have a try?...i was thinking perhaps i could do a book giveaway...put all submissions up on a poll to be voted on and the winner recieves a copy of a holiday themed book?

cuz i swear i must need coffee or something...i can not find a good fit...

let me know your thoughts...i am going to put on some brew and move on to something else for a bit...

With the name of the group, I was really thinking of a group of "Dazed and Confused" holiday peoples. (parents, elfs, frazzled santa etc...) That was my thought when I first saw the name.

i had a similar thought, Pam....

but it is hard to balance the fun with the traditional, i thinnk, or so i have found so far...

maybe i am overthinking it....

but of course, i want it to be perfect...

drop anything you might find that seems goodly here on this thread and i will keep thinking on it...for now i am going to give it a bit of a rest, see about adding some content to the other threads throughout the evening, take it a lil easy...

i'm around and monitoring threads as i go....

ok, so, i went ahead and pasted a few things together on a black background and i think it looks good, so that's done!...

wouldn't know it but for a very long time i hated the holiday season...til kids of my own came along and then i rediscovered the joy through them...

well, and in this house you get with the Christmas program especially or there will be trouble!...hubby does not brook humbug!
