a place to post personal goals, diet plans, exercise tips, etc...anything that promotes better health through the holiday season...

I only use my scale for weighing stuff for eBay, lol.
Here is the place if you want to commit to one thing you will do to take care of yourself through the holiday season. I will continue to exercise and make the healthier choices through the holidays to maximize how great I will feel in January.
