Book Junkies discussion

Reading Dean Koontz' works. I'll be skipping reading the group reads for this month (sheepish grin). Classics - ugh.

Have anybody read Richard Matheson's works?

I haven't. In October I read The Monstrumologist, by Rick Yancey.


Highly praised, but just OK for me. The writing was fantastic, but the plot dragged a little.

Stephen King (obviously) has some great horror works... IT, The Stand, Cell, 'Salem's Lot - to name a few classics :P

It was fantastic...The Stand was even good on T.V.!
