Yup pretty much in the name. Come and just throw idea's around. Have fun making things up for your story that you may or may not ever use! Maybe have other people just throw idea's around for your story.... just do whatever!

I have an idea. It will probably crash and burn if I try to write it. Anyway! So, I was thinking that there could be a place where all kids under 13 are kept in their own section, with accommodations a bit like a boarding school. They'd go to school by online correspondence course, and grow up fairly self-contained. Once you turned 13, the government would give you a very in-depth personality test. The results determine the superpower they give you.
I don't know why they'd want superpowered citizens, or where you'd go after imbuement, or how the powers are given. Maybe I'll convert it to the Great Forces Of Destiny And Such doing the same. It was going to be fantasy anyway.

Abigail, what about the kids are competing in that schoolish place because only the best receive super powers for some reason and everyone wants them? Maybe add a smallish boy/girl who doesn't want one who actually saves the school from some sort of destruction...

Abigail, the powers could be genetic and triggered by hormonal change, so 13 could be an average age.
