LOVE this idea! I will be back - don't have enough time right at this moment! I will get thinking!
Mr. Darcy and Captain Wentworth pulled away to the side. Mr. Darcy is staring at Lizzie and Captain Wenthworth is staring at Anne. Captain Wentworth looks at Mr. Darcy and says, "why don't you go over and say hi to Lizzie?" Mr. Darcy shifts uncomfortably....
"She is not of my company and plus she isn't handsome enough to tempt me! Go on your way, Sir, you have no need of sticking around with a man like myself." Darcy whispered back, annoyed that Wentworth would dare to demand him to go to over to Elizabeth Bennet.
At that moment Lizzie makes eye content with Mr. Darcy and blushes, turning 180 degrees away. Anne picks up that act immediately. She says smartly "my dear Lizzie, what is the matter? Lizzie says ".....
... Oh nothing really. Only that I cannot understand why the insufferable Mr Darcy will keep looking at me. Not that I care for his good opinion in anyway, but it is strangely discomforting. I see my dear Anne there is a man who has eyes for only you this evening!"
...
...
Anne replies "pray tell who is that dear Lizzie." "Surely you can't mean Captain Wentworth, he despises the sight of me."Lizzie smiles saying "Anne! I did not mention the gentleman's name." With a sober look she continues "Anneee why did you mention Captain Wentworth and why does he despise you. I cannot believe that anyone would despise a kind soul that you are."
Anne shifts uncomfortably wondering what to say...
... "we have... Met before. Ages ago. When I was young, and stupid."
Lizzie is surprised, "oh"
"but then something happened... I did something stupid and now he despises me. I know it."
Anne, over come by emotions, walks quickly out of the room leaving a very intrigued Lizzy.
At that moment, Lizzy sees...

At that moment, Lizzy sees...
Mr. Tilney. She waves to him, he drifts over, smiling. They began catching up, speaking in low whispers. The orchestra began and Mr. Tilney leads Lizzie to the floor. Mr. Darcy at the other end of the room, stood there staring and brooding. At that exact moment Caroline Bingley is staring at Mr. Darcy whilst he is staring at Lizzie and Mr. Tilney. Caroline says to Catherine standing next to her....
"Oh, my dear Catherine, surely you must know the gentleman who has spent the evening standing there and brooding. His name is that of Mr. Darcy. I must interduce you while he's here." Caroline's eyes wandered briefly in Darcy's direction before looking back and focusing intently on Catherine, hoping for an expression that of pleasure to meet Mr. Darcy.
But to Caroline's disappointment no such emotion could be seen in Catherine's countenance. She seemed intently focused on the conversation taking place between Lizzy and the young man she is talking to.
Catherine casually inquires of Caroline who the young man is.
"Caroline, you do not happen to know the young man who Miss. Elizabeth is speaking to?" she said her eyes sparkling as she looks towards this young man.

*ohhh, I am enjoying this story, everyone join in :D*"Why, I believe it is Mr. Tilney, Captain Tilney's brother," said Caroline
"Charming lad isn't he?" Caroline continued.....
"Charming indeed," said another Marianne Dashwood under her breath, as she listened to the conversation between Caroline and Catherine. She turned to the two ladies, "Do you happen to know who the dashing young man in the corner is?""Why, Marianne, I'm surprised you have not met," Caroline said rather cat-like, "His name is Frank Churchill..."
"oh so that is Mr Churchill. I have heard much about him but never met. I hear he goes all the way to London, just to have his hair cut! But I expect that is just idle gossip!!"
We then return to Mr Darcy...
We then return to Mr Darcy...
*haha, this has gone better than I thought*...Mr Darcy who was talking to his good friend, Edmund Bertram.
"What are you looking at, Darcy?" asked Edmund.
"A pair of fine eyes..." said Darcy, staring at Elizabeth, who was being led back to her friends by Tilney. They appeared to be talking about books. So, she was a great reader, then. He was determined not to think of her anymore. He turned to Edmund and asked him...
((Ugggh! I don't that much about Edmund and Fanny, but I'll give it a shot!))"I noticed you speaking with the pretty girl in the corner. Are you well acqainted?"
"No, we only met a short time ago. Her name is Mary Crawford. Her brother and she have been living near Mansfield Park." Edmund replied, his eyes showing his enthusiasm for the subject.
Darcy said...
"Oh I believe I know of the Crawfords. She has a brother, a Mr Henry Crawford I understand?"
*Edmund nods his approval*
Continuing... "Miss Crawford seems like a charming girl, and seems to enjoy your conversation. And how is Miss Price, I hear life at Mansfield Park suits her?"
"indeed it does, she is improving daily, particularly in her reading."
"Excellent." Darcy replied. "I saw Miss Price talking to Miss Elizabeth Bennet earlier, I did not know they were acquainted?"
Straight after he said this he regretted it. *Why do I care about Elizabeth? I don't. But why did I have to bring her into the conversation then?* thought Darcy as his eyes straying unconsciously once more to Elizabeth...

Mr Darcy thinks "If only I can tell her how I feel, without saying the most stupid things sometimes when I open my mouth""Ohh, she looks so lovely tonight, her eyes sparkles from across the room"
"Oh dear sweet Eliza if only you knew"
Mr. Darcy releases a sigh, unknowing to him. At that exact moment Mr. Wickham is watching Mr. Darcy's reaction to Lizzie. Wickham smirks and moves towards Lizzie....
(oh no!! Wickham!)
"Miss. Elizabeth! How good to see you again. I hope you are well."
*Darcy watches this encounter intently*
"I see you have captivated Mr Darcy. How long have you known him?"

(what do you mean? Continue on the conversation or sweeps back to other characters that have been mentioned or bring in some others:) )
(Oh okay, thanks Sophie..I'll be Fanny Price).Fanny Price entered the room arm in arm with Georgina Darcy and whispered intently into her ear, "Pray tell me, my dear Georgina who is that gentleman talking to your brother?" and giggled softly.
"I don't believe I am acquainted with the gentleman. Are you?" Georgiana said, in her normal, quiet way that caused her to be mistaken as stand-offish. Fanny replied...
"His name is Wentworth..Captain Fredrick Wentworth, a very charming gentleman but he does lack wit and a smile upon his face. Let's go over and interduce you!" Fanny laughed gaily and clutched Georgina's arm affectionately.
"Oh," Georgiana cried, "I would prefer you didn't. I cannot carry on a conversation well and would only end up embarrassing everyone." Fanny replied....
"I am sure that Fredrick would love to meet you! but only if you want to, otherwise we could find some more much suitable people to talk to." Fanny's face creased with worry.
At that point Georgiana spotted Caroline Bingley speaking to Catherine Morland, and noticed another gentlemen close by. His face made her heart flutter and she blushed. She wondered who he could be but was too shy to ask. Little did she know that he was Jame Morland, Catherine's brother. At the same time, Mr Darcy could no longer keep his feelings in check and was crossing the room to ask Elizabeth to dance, however just as he approached, someone else beat him to it!
He watched as they took to the dancefloor, Elizabeth and...
"Oh, I know. Let's go over to where Catherine is standing...I am sure she'll love it if we join in! And that gentleman is standing next to her is her dashing brother, James." Fanny whirled across the ballroom and dragged Georgina with her
ding, ding, thank you Soph :D Fanny introduces Georgiana to James. Fanny met James at another ball (grasping at straws here, hehe).
James says "hello Miss Georgiana, how do you do?" "Splendid evening isn't it."
Miss Georgina says.....
"I am in excellent health, thank so much for asking. I have heard so much about you..pray tell me how do you plan on staying here?" Georgina blushed and looked down, unable to hold James' gaze.
Georgiana says "I am here with my brother Fitz" looking shyly away.James say "Miss Georgiana can I be forward and ask to call on you on the morrow?" That is if it is okay with your brother. Should I ask him or are you independent enough to answer for yourself. James says this last sentence with a teasing tone.
While Darcy was watching Elizabeth dancing with a Colonel Brandon with a feeling of discomfiture, Sir Lucas aproached him and said "May I introduce this fine lady to you, Mr Darcy? Miss Woodhouse is the most accomplished dancer I saw this evening. What a pleasure would be to see you dance together!"Emma Woodhouse noticed the look on Darcy's face and follow his gaze to Elizabeth Bennet and Colonel Brandon. Her matchmaking nature suddenly woke up in full force. *Mr. Darcy would be the perfect husband for my dear friend Elizabeth. I have to do something to bring them together*
"Mr. Darcy" said Emma "....
Evie wrote: "((Is anyone kitty or lizzy ? or even brandon?))"Not so far...but they should be. Lizzie for the win :)
"I do believe that I hear the music starting up. It's Lizzie's favorite dance." Emma flushed happily, hoping he would ask Lizzie to dance. Mr. Darcy replied..

For example: Mr Darcy walked into the ballroom and was introduced to Captain Wentworth. Their conversation went a little bit like this: .......
