Personality: Giovanni is very serious, he comes off as cold or rude but at heart he is a really cool guy. He doesn't like change or meeting new people and has a strong set of beliefs. He can be judgmental and some what selfish but if you can get under his thick exterior you'll find he's a kind, sweet, caring guy.

Giovanni has a very bad temper and can often come off as restless or aloof. He's always doing something and hates large crowds. He does however know he's attractive and isn't afraid of using it to his advantage. However, when it comes to Sera and her well being, he is protective, determined, and stubborn. He won't let anything get in his way and many think he and her are brother and sister.

History: He grew up a Shapeshifter but he decided he wanted more from his life. Deciding to travel he left England and moved to the states. Traveling around, he moved whenever anything got to normal and set. Along the way he earned a name for being a womanizer and a very good poker player. Kylie possesses the power to control water, also known as hydrokinesis or water manipulation. He is able to bend the three forms of water: solid (ice), liquid (water), and gas (water vapor). Water elementals are influenced by the lunar cycle, as the fire elementals are influenced by the passing of comets and strength of the sun. Under a full moon, the water elementals could control the bodies of their opponents, as the human body is around 70% water. However, it is not clear if the aptitude of the water elemental could grant him/her blood manipulation or if the lunar cycle is the only causation of blood manipulation. Not all water elementals can perform this, but only if they are truly gifted, they can accomplish this and even do it mentally (more psychic-y than so much physical movement). Water elementals are also good for healing abilities, though Kylie has little knowledge of the sort. But his little sister has a vast knowledge of the art.

He has his mother's rich, dark brown hair. Same texture--soft and thick. He rather likes his hair; it reminds him of his mother and his siblings. Which could be a good and a bad thing. His hair is usually messy, as if he just rolled out of bed in the morning. Sometimes, depending on if he's shaved recently, he'll have a bit of stubble on his chin. Kylie has very warm, hazel eyes, that can be quite startling at times with that mischievous glint behind them. Whether it’s mystery, charm, or even anger, he has never seen anyone with the exact shade of his eyes outside of his family. Kylie’s almond-shaped eyes are framed with dark eyelashes that are rather long . There is a hint or dark circles under his eyes from the lack of sleep at times, but they’re mostly unnoticable. He has the kind of smile that just lights up his entire face, yet a smirk is still masked there. And his arrogant smile really pisses of his sister. Personality: According to his sister Dannielle, Kylie is initially abrasive, and immature and was always sharp-witted. Kylie was the second to develop his bending abilities, so when his older brother discovered his powers before him, he called "magic water". Kylie never seemed to fully accept the fact that his best friend Daniel should enhance his fire manipulation abilities, nor that he was even a fire elemental from the beginning. This antagonism toward fire elementals seemed to persist, evidenced when he jokingly referred to Daniel’s training as "idiotbending". Besides what his family says, Kylie is a strange mix of intellect, emotion, and passion. He is intensely passionate about everything around him. If you look at the surface, he will look totally calm and composed. Sarcastic, a class clown, competitive, and only a tad arrogant. And a word of his advice, never ever arouse his temper. He has to win in each and every aspect of life and failure breaks something inside him. Yet, he will display perfect sportsmanship and never even let anyone know that that defeat has bothered him. When it comes to love, Kylie will most likely keep a girl tortured before telling the words “I love you”. Gossip seldom interests him and he is hardly bothered by other people's opinions. History: Kylie Arias was born to Tomás Arias and Isabel Arias on 12 November. When Kylie was six years old, he lost his mother to a fire elemental mugger, leaving his father and siblings (born as a set of triplets) as his only family. Which was probably the source of hatred towards fire elementals when he cut them down right in front of young Kylie. Overall, his mother was caring and helped others constantly. Kylie has an unbreakable bond with her, and felt betrayed when his father remarried to Kathleen Peters, a human. No matter the various attempts his father tried for Kylie to warm up to Kathleen, Kylie hated them both with a burning passion, and tries his best to put up with it. Kylie met Daniel around the age of seven, when Kylie was playing with a ball by himself. They both were mistaken of Daniel as a human, but Daniel’s powers developed when he was fifteen, which equally surprised them both. His older brother, Dawson, seemed to have vanished one night.
