Gorias is the city of air and the East. Here is a crystal stream, fed by many glittering cascades falling from dizzy pinnacles, winds through an emerald valley. Rectangular white building cling to the sides of the surrounding mountains, with multicolored pennants streaming out from the room and fluttering in the breeze.
In the valley stands a square building with a gleaming roof of pure gold. An atmosphere of peace and tranquillity pervades, flowers grow in brilliant profusion, and the fields are full of smiling workers.
Within the gold-capped building, embroidered hangings display creatures of beauty, terror, and enchantment. Deeper inside, in a shadowy chamber, stands a statue of solid gold. So pure is this gold that its radiance lights the room. The Statue is of a man with a sword drawn in his right and a flower in his left. The sword he holds represents the power of intellect to cut through ignorance. The flower indicates that this is tempered by gentleness. Air is the Element most associated with thought.
