The maximum ride series was great. Wouldn't it be great if they made it a movie? A good movie that lived up to the books? If so who would playh the charaters and who would direct?

MAXIMUM RIDE

I thought the movie comes out next summer.

I think that they've been trying to make a movie for the past couple of years. The most recent thing I've heard is that they would try to come out with it either late 2012 or mid-2013.

I thought it was coming out 2014.

There's supposed to be one coming out, they're supposed to be casting, but if it actually happens or not, we don't know. It's not like it's been officially announced or anything definitively set. But as long as they do it justice :) And the word on the casting is he is looking for new 'fresh' faces, so no matter who we think would suit, it's probably not going to happen.

I also heard the planned to. and the idea is out there but the never went any farther then just saying they will make it a movie.

The guy who directed the spiderman movies is doing Maximum Ride, the date has been pushed further into the future a few times, but it will be a movie, and it will be AWESOME!!!! K : )

After reading the wikipedia link I noticed He did also work on the new one to... didn't see that, cool, That was my favorite spiderman to date.

The new one was good but it didn't feel like spiderman. I liked the orignals

If you look up "Maximum Ride" on IMDb.com, it tells you they have a director and one or two producers. I (being one of the biggest Maximum Ride fans EVER) would love it if they made a movie. But, and I cannot stress this enough, everything must be perfect! Plus, Fang must be a hot guy. Who agrees?

I came across this top 60 YA books that are suppossed to be turned into a movie, Maximum Ride was on there, along with a few other movies I was to sure about. check it out.

I don't think us Americans should make the Maximum Ride movies. We would just screw it up. We ALWAYS do. Thats why the Harry Potter books follow the stortline so well. It was made in England.
I also think that someone new that hasn't been in any movies yet should be Iggy. Me, myself, want to be an actress when i grow up, and i keep saying to myself:"Maybe I could be able to squirm myself into the movies and play like, Angel or something, since i'm so small."

I think this director would make it great. He has made movies in the past and they were good. Yes he didn't make them of books but good is good. I hope this becomes a movie it would be....EPIC

They might come out with a movie in 2013 in 3D but there has been problems with the production... so this statement is not permanent...

why don't they use the people on the covers? just saying

the people on the covers of the books are just models. and with the whole movie thing i cant find anywhere a actual date for the movie. all i found was there was going to be a movie but nothing else.

can the models at least act?

dunno but with each copy of the books there are all different people

First it was comming out 2007, then it was moved to 2010, again to 2013 and now to 2014. Most likley it will be postponed again... and again. I do hope it works out though.

And dont get too excited when you see casting lists. Lots of those are just rumors. They havn't even started the casting process yet. The most reliable place to check out information on movies is IMDb.

IMDb is the best site for anything dealing with actors and tv, except themovieinsider.com it is the best with upcoming movies

i'll try to find different actors if i can if those don't match because i am really looking forward to the movie so i will try my best.

i just have cheked on IMBd apparently the film will be coming out next year..... hopefully the film does justice to the books
