Finias is the city of Fire and the South. Sun-baked sands stretch into the distance, and on an oasis stands a group of ancient buildings. Straddled by an impressive archway, a road heads into the desert, only to disintergrate to rubble on the arid earth.
Silvery trees shade the oasis, and people are warm-hearted. Here light is perpetual; night never desends. The road heads into the heart of the city, toward an ancient and decrepit building, coved with arcane symbols.
The inside of this building is cool and welcoming. On the floor there is a spiral, and when you tread on it you are filled with the urge to dance and become part of the we of life. In a farther windowless room, a staff is planted in the floor. It grows branches and blossoms while you watch.
