ok, just a theory, but I think they (whoever that may be, I'm not sure on that either) want Katy for something. Had Blake bring her there on purpose...

It ended how I figured it would but my god my heart still broke.

Nearly 11 hours ago I finished it and still in shock.

I have an opinion about Katy in Origin. What if she changes? Remember the time she used to say she's changing and she's not sure if she doesn't like it because it just felt good to her? Yeah, Daedalus might help her decision about that which ain't good at all. :(

I think Katy is strong and the way she knew the changes weren't good and were wrong no matter how it felt to her shows me she is strong enough to fight them

I agree with Annette. Even though Katy's strong, I think Daedalus would convince her about something.

And yes, we all know how strong Katy is but what if something tempts her? Damn, wish it would just be a temporary feeling though.. like short-lived or something so she won't lose herself completely.

I would love to see her turn evil! In fact, I'm more curious about what Daemon's reaction would be then. Though I think that kind of plot twist may be a little too common nowadays.

I think Katy is stronger that that and she won't go evil.

Let's just say that from what Jen has told me some crazy shit will go down in this book.

What I hope is whatever she'll be going through will help her transform into the confident and powerful badass I can't wait to see her become. I love kickass heroines ^__^

Yes, she is. I guess I just want to see if she can give Daemon a good beating, just once.

Katy really impressed me in Opal, especially at the end when she is trying to console Daemon instead of freaking out. She is BadAss with a capital B A. I can't wait to see them kicking some serious butt together.

lol me too, call me sadistic but I loved seeing Daemon all torn up about Katy in Opal, when it said something like 'daemon went mad and started screaming etc' i thought it was awesome ..hmm maybe i have a problem :P

I confess, I kind of screamed out in elation at the cliffhanger ending. I was like "DRAMA, tears and heartache ahead, YAY!". I was already visualizing Daemon weeping on his pillow xD

Hahahaha! Yes! He would be crying himself to sleep at night, and in the morning, he would turn into a beast seeking bloody revenge. EPIC!

i am finding it really hard to find a book that interests me long enough, have brought so many books before opal and maybe one or two have kept my imagination going, but found most of them really slow.

Q. Will jennifer ever come to the UK and do signings, i feel so left out lol

I cant see Daemon being a crier...
I can see him ripping people to shreds with no remorse just for getting in his way or trying to tell him to calm down.

Cant wait to see him go all terminator 2 :)

Yes it is gonna be epic I would read it just to see how daemon will be it will be so epic if once he goes all focused and stuff but then breaks down a few times........omg this could be literally be like the terminator 2!!! lol daemon being all grrr and Katy trying to escape by being badass too O_O

When Daemon gets her back he is never going to let her out of his sight again.

Just realized something, if they hurt Katy, would Daemon feel it too? So yeah, I think he'll go nuts in Origin. :D

I think the hurting Katy thing is a real possibility and I think that's why Jen put that gun shot scene in opal. It gives us a glimpse of what terrors we might see in the next book.

I'm not sure Dawson FELT what Bethany was going through, or did he?

Dawson never really spoke about his time there. I suspect he might open up a bit now that Bethany is back.

It seems like it has to be a really serious injury before they can feel each other's pain, 'cause in Onyx Daemon said he couldn't feel Katy's pain when her back was hurt after the Arum fight.

I think she must be on the verge of dying. How reassuring, huh.

I don't think so as daemon didn't feel anything when Katy was in he cage it might only be when life is in danger oooh wouldn't it be epic if he did though feeling what's happenig to her but able to do nothing mwHAHAHA ok I do have a problem......
