Saul entered the apartment it was deserted. " Okay I'll sleep here".

Rory knows she needs to find Spencer, but she cant get into Spencer's wing of dorms, he doesn't have Spencer's number to tell her so she goes to her brothers to ask for it. She knocks on the door.

Blake walks up behind her, trying to get into his apartment. "What's up?" he asks.

Rory turns to Blake then says 'the council guards keep watching me and if im not with spencer soon they'll tell the council' Rory smirks 'they say im too dangerous and unpredictable to be allowed to her dorm though, i was hoping you could help me out'

Blake blinks stupidly. "UH, here's her number," he says, then rattles off Spencer phone number.

Rory nods and says 'thanks Blake, you saved me from getting angry glares from up themselves fae on gold stools'

Blake just nods and walks into his apartment.

Rory takes out her phone and calls the number Blake gave her.

Spencer is walking around the grounds when she feels her phone vibrate. "Hullo?" she answers.

'Hi, sparkles, the guards have been giving me dodgy looks we need to meet up or the council wil get their prissy hats on' says Rory.

Spencer sighs. "Where are you?" she asks.

'im outside your brothers place' answers Rory.

Spencer nods even though Rory can't see her. "Alright, I'm coming," she says.

Rory hangs up and waits for Spencer.

Spencer arrives at her brother's apartment.

Saul wakes up . " Hey you must be Blake". He said standing up from the ground.

Blake nods.

" Nice to meet you your sister told me I could stay here for a day so I must be going". Saul said smiling and offering his hand.

Rory nods and walks over to Specner 'oh sparkles, what a joy it is to be bestest buddies again, what is on the agenda today?'

Blake nods again. "I know, she told me."

Spencer shrugs. "The only thing I had planned was waiting for Damien and Ry to come back," she says.

" Well I'm leaving now so bye, thanks for letting me stay here for the night nice sister you have their". He said opening the door and leaving.

Rory nods, 'they went to find Ellie right' she says. Rory turns when she hears a door opening, its saul.

Spencer looks at her. "How do you know Ellie's missing?" she asks. "Hello, Saul," she adds.

'Hi Saul, no gum today..good' says Rory 'i saw her leave a few days ago, i asked her what was wrong, she seemed upset, but she told me to back off, i assume you and Ryan would handle her better than i could, i hope she's ok though'

Spencer blinks. 'Uh-oh,' she thinks. If Ellie was snapping at people, she was really upset.

Rory can see the concern on Spencer's face 'dont worry sparkles, Damien will find her, everyhing will be ok'

Spencer puts on a faux-smile. "What do you want to do?" she asks.

'um, get the hell out of the school ground for one, come on sparkles, we can hot wire one of the jeeps easy' Rory says only half joking as she had done this plenty of times before.

Spencer looks at Rory. "The sad thing is, I get the feeling you're serious and you know exactly how to do it," she says.

'Of course, why would i sugget something unless i meant it, its relatively easy once you know how' Rory quirks an eyebrow dangerously and smirks.

Spencer picks at a fingernail. "Okay," she says.

Rory looks over at her in suprise 'Sparkles are you actually saying you would...break the rules' Rory says in a fake amazed voice.

Spencer huffs. "It's not that amazing, you know," she says. "It's not like this is the first time I did anything wrong."

Rory raises her eyebrows and resists the urge to laugh 'oh, i think it is Sparkles, not to worry, i'll soon wash away all that golden goodness the council seem so fond of' Rory didnt wait for a reply as she headed for the parking lot.

Spencer hurries off after Rory.

When they get to the underground parking, Rory first checks for Fae guards, none are around. Rory smirks and says to Spencer, 'right, you keep a look at for any stiff fae folk and i'll get us a getaway car' she winks at Spencer.

Spencer nods and looks around the lot.

Rory goes over to a black old battered jeep, he places her hand on the door and uses her power to unlock it. Rory takes her knife out of her boot and gers to work on the wires. Five minutes later and the engine starts, Rory jumps up. She get into the car and calls out to Spencer 'come on sparkles, the get away car is ready'

Spencer walks lightly over to the Jeep and gets into the passenger seat. "Now you're sure you can drive?" she asks.

'Im not a simpleton sparkles, of course i can drive, i can hardly go to war if i cant bloody drive' Rory says and laughs. Rory presses her foot down and drives out the parking place. As she gets to the gates, Rory is stopped by the Fae guard, 'where do you think your going?'. Rory puts on her best serious face and says 'you saw Damien Hunter before right?' the guard looks uneasily at Rory, she takes that as a yes 'well he called us and needs us out there' the guard looks skeptial and Rory snaps 'fine then, you can explain to Damien why we couldnt come'. The guard looks panicked and opent the gate quickly. Rory drives though and smirks at Spencer, 'it pays to have mates who are badasses' says Rory.

Spencer asks, "How do you know Damien?"

As soon as they are far enough away from the gates Rory puts her foot down hard so they are driving fast down the empty road. Rory says 'I became mates with his little brother Xavier a while ago, mostly me and Damien just said hi when i came round, they're both orpahnes like me, so we all got on, but about a year ago me and Damien began to get closer, so now we're proper mates, i think we understand each other in a way'

Spencer nods. "Ryan doesn't have a mother," she blurts out. That might not be something Ry wants Rory to know. Too late. "Well of course she has a mother, but you know what I meant."

'yeah i do' says Rory gravelly thinking of her own lack of parents.

"Her mom just.. left one day," she says. "Ry was four, I think. Old enough to know her, but not to remember her." She shrugs, feeling sad. "It's a good thing her dad was the Fae so he could teach her."

Rory nods and says 'yeah, i never knew my parents, then again im not sure id want to, whatever i am means my parent had to be something pretty bad too' Rory shakes her head to clear it 'what about you?' she asks.

Spencer shrugs. "My family's fine," she says. "I have both my parents and my highly intelligent brother."

'Right, thats good for you, apart from the brother part it sounds like' Rory says openly.

Spencer just sits there. "Blake's awful," she says. "But it's hard to complain when I know so many people worse off."
