Danielle Steel Book Fans discussion

Read this in October. first, let me say this is not a story for the weak. It is a deep book with deep issues. part of it is spent in a women's prison and let's just say they don't play around. Steel delivers it raw and real here, No sugarcoating. then, the story moves to New York, where determined to give back, the main character dedicates time to the shelter for battered women and children. while her peers are off on shopping sprees and night clubs, she is helping abused women and children to give back what she has taken. From there, the book moves to connecticut and on to DC where her past becomes a toy for the media again and she must fight to escape it. a very riviting book that had it not been for the language would also be on my favorites list.
