this is right up there with my favorite Danielle Steel novels. full of prose and reflection, told from the perspective of a loving granddaughter, Granny Dan found its way into my heart and never let go. I read this book to a group of ladies when my dad was in a nursing home, i read one to two chapters a night for several nights. They seemed to really like it and it was very easy to read yet poetic enough to mesmerize the reader
