Due to the current economy, are any of you going to curb your baking for the holiday season, or are you going to maintain your normal levels? Last year, I had to severely curtail my normal baking, but this year, thanks to my gaining an as needed babysitting client, I will be able to bake more than last year.
(Yay! I'm useful again!)

I have written a new recipe for this year, and I will post it as soon as I test the recipe.

This year, I went a little nuts. I baked 2 pans of German Chocolate Caramel Bars, one pan of Streusel bars(blueberry) 2 pans of short bread fudge (one almond, one {failed attempt} raspberry white chocolate (I think it would work without the attempted raspberry marbling I did with left over pastry filling), 3 batches of cookies: one kitchen sink (92 total cookies), Ninja Stars (86 total cookies)and Toffee Chip cookies (87 total cookies), 3 failed attempts at pin wheels that became bars, and 24 loaves of quick breads (egg nog, chocolate covered cherry and starlight).

My dining room looked like a certain hollow tree exploded.
