Did you feel it was predictable?

As much as i loved the story, i feel the ending was predictable...

Absolutely!

I loved this book, it is my number 1 choice for 2012. The ending was great. This is one book I may reread some day.

sooo predictable!

I had hoped for some version of the ending, but it wasn't predictable. This book (all 3 of Jio's books) was magnificent!! I cannot wait for her 4th book to come out in paperback.

Very predictable. You knew where the story was going in the second chapter.

I found this to book to be boring, I did finish it but couldn't wait to be done with it.

Much more predictable than her other two books.

Dianne I agree Alice. I enjoyed it but I had many of the plot twists figured out before they happened, which I didn't read The Violets of March. ...more

Predictable or not, I absolutely love her books and can't wait to read the next one.

Are the rest of her novels predictable?

I had not figured out the entire ending, but the signs were there. This was my first book by this author and I felt it was beautifully written. It will be on our Book Clubs reading list this year and so I will be anxious to get the other members points of view as to this.

I've read all of her books, liked them all. Last Camellia was very good - looking forward to Morning Glory.

With all the slight of hand clues dropped along the way, it was a bit predictable. I didn't care because the story developed in an enjoyable way and couldn't wait until it unfolded and all the clues were released.
Wonderful writer and I will look for other books by her along the way.

I thought the ending was great. The only thing I hated about it was that she didn't end up with Dominic at the end but to Ethan who acted like a jerk the entire book. Thoughts?

well.. i led the book.
though i could guess the ending.
it was a good journey for me...
