The Ghostly Plane is a plane of existence which coincides with our own where spirits pass through as a transition to the afterlife in order to facilitate their crossing over. Once an Angel of Death has collected someone's spirit, he/she takes them to the plane and sends them to the afterlife through a swirling white portal. There is no magic in the ghostly plane.
The ghostly plane has a bluish tint to it.
The color there seems to be dulled and the place is often seen as epmty, no lights, no sounds of civilization. Here the Ghostly Creatures ad Undead can often be found, along with the Outcasts and Wanderers who guard the Relics(if there's a relic, there will be Outcasts &/or Wanderers)
